View all Tiptop Audio Sequencing.

Imagine a clock divider, clock multiplier, step injector, time shifter, clock shifter, pulse-width modulator and an arithmetic probability processor under the control of a single knob, this is exactly what is going on under each control of the trigger riot. With so much going on in eight channels, simply tweaking a few knobs builds new sequences and causes patterns to evolve and can also make streams of new gates and triggers emerge out of the outputs.

Trigger riot is an innovative sequencer that is used to time modular synths with a very unique method.

Ever wanted to play your sequencer by hand? The Make Noise Pressure Points allows you just that!

    • The Gate signals may be used to turn portions of a patch ON/ OFF, generate Timing Events within a patch or to Trigger a Function Generator
    • The PRESSure signals may be used to add expression to a patch by varying Pitch or Timbre in real-time, based upon the artist's input
    • The Tuned Voltages may be used to play the Pitch of a sound in a traditional melodic fashion, Program Chords or Timbral shifts (aka Presets)
    • Up to 4 may be CHAINed together (using CHAIN Cable), to create controllers of varying size and complexity
    • All outputs are capable of driving a passive 4 way mult without loading effects (no buffered mult needed)
    • Expansion port allows for sequential control via the Make Noise BRAINS expander module
    • Width: 20hp
    • Max Depth: 24mm
